Thank you for shopping with Yours Truly Clothing. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Limited edition items

  • Final sale items

  • Digital products (if applicable)


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the issue was caused by us. We will replace an item only if:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

For these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after we receive your return.

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)
