At Yours Truly Clothing, every order is prepared with care, intention, and attention to detail. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high‑volume periods (drops, holidays, limited releases), processing may take slightly longer.

Custom or made‑to‑order pieces may require additional time.


Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Yours Truly Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will always support you with documentation if needed.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
